Allow me to reintroduce myself...

I’ve been thinking a lot about how the internet used to be. It felt like you could actually reach out and connect to people directly that you had shared interests with. There was no buffer. Now it feels like whenever I say the word “music” or post a link to someone’s songs that I like on Twitter or Instagram, the algorithm squashes any chance for visibility. Lately I’ve been feeling an urge to just nerd out about music somewhere that doesn’t have any restrictions. That’s what this newsletter will be.

I’ll write about my thoughts on rap today, my favourite new songs, random old music I’ve been listening to, cultural observations, weird records I’ve found while digging online. I’ll talk about new stuff I’ve released or published here as well.
