My book Bedroom Rapper comes out tomorrow! Working on this project over the past few years has been a total labour of love, an experience that was both uniquely challenging but also incredibly rewarding. You can read an excerpt of the first chapter at CBC Music and you can check out this Bedroom Rapper playlist I made for listening along as you read via Spotify and YouTube.
As you can see on the above graphic, I’ll be rolling all across Canada talking about the book, signing copies and DJing afterparties throughout the summer. I’ll be in conversation with Ashley Obscura at Librairie Saint-Henri Books in Montreal this Wednesday June 1st at 7 PM:

I’ve been preparing for this DJ set since March 2020 so you know I’m gonna be coming with the heat. Speaking of that, for the party in Toronto, we’re renting a loft in the Junction, filling it with balloons and turning it into a Paradise Garage disco oasis and I’m gonna play all of those Quarantunes I found over the past couple years and played on Twitch. A party I literally dreamed about. Stay tuned for tickets to that, it’s gonna be Friday June 17th at Vashe Zdorov’ye, right after my conversation with Melissa Vincent at Type Books Junction:
Some Updates
Had a great conversation on Under the Radar’s Why Not Both podcast about the nature of balancing public and private personas as an artist. Pam was such a wonderful host, I appreciated how empathetic she was throughout. Give it a listen wherever you listen to podcasts
